Display your list of devices
- Click on the devices icon and choose Configuration.
- A device is described by the following information:

When will the devices be available on my Services Portal account?
- Create a request of IDs association on the customer support portal, providing the list of device IDs. Once the association is completed, the devices will appear in the Devices list of the Services Portal. Note that in some cases, the devices are already available in the list.
- When your subscription expires, the devices are unlinked from your account and no longer appear in your devices list. To extend or renew your subscription, please contact sales@kineis.com.
Edit a single device
- Click a row to view all device information. Click the pencil button to edit the name, tags, metadata (see Add metadata), and notes.
- To update the Applicative Codec of a device, see Set up message processing.
Edit multiple devices
- From the device list, click the pencil button. Select devices by ticking the checkboxes. Choose and modify the notes, codec (see Set up message processing), and tags for the selected devices.
Export device list
- The device list and related information can be exported as a CSV file.
